At Lavendel, we don’t hold onto a standard rulebook of work culture, instead, we brew a ‘growing-together’ community.
When we tag along with ‘Luv and all’, we don’t just intend love for our customers, but we equally value and trust our team to exhibit expertise in their domains and drive a project to its desired result.
We believe in a flat organisation and follow the same. There are no high and low and the word ‘Hierarchy’ doesn’t exist. We prefer inclusivity and aspire to even out the flowchart intending the levels at Lavendel.
As we proclaim, there are no one-size-fits-all solutions for every customer, we also believe that there is no one-style-fits-all work schedule for our team. They create their work schedule, promoting their quality of life, by pursuing things beyond work.

We are an IT consulting company but we wanted to support this event so as to promote Tamil Nadu state tourism, to realize our dream of putting Lavendel’s Indian headquarters Pollachi on the world tourism map; on every traveller’s map and most importantly also to spread our company’s fragrant culture of “Luv and all”, together with our colleagues, customers and friends from all over the globe.
